Jardin Méditerranéen

The garden is open daily from the second Sunday of February to the third Sunday in November. This garden is filled with various kinds of Mimosas, cacti and citrus fruits. From the garden you have a truly panoramic view over the valley of the River Orb and the surrounding countryside and vineyards.

Roquebrun

On account of its sunny, but sheltered position and micro-climate, Roquebrun has earned the nickname “Le Petit Nice.” Orange trees grow in the gardens and along the roadsides. The village is flanked by the River Orb with its extensive pebble beach, suitable for small children, and places for river leisure pursuits. The village has a bakery, a small supermarket, a bar, several restaurants and lively terraces. But even in high season it doesn’t get too crowded.

In all of our houses there are walking guide books, information about the area and a list of our favourite restaurants. The Office de Tourisme network, which can be found in many towns and villages including Saint-Chinian, Roquebrun and Capestang, there are friendly staff, only too ready to help you with your holiday requirements and to help you make the most of what this beautiful region has to offer the visitor.
